I had SF/Cinn under 10 yesterday

The game got suspended in the 8th inning and it was 2-2
Less then 18 hrs later they resume the game and the final score is 4-2

They cancelled the bet

If this was any of the legal sports books I would have got the win on that bet

Have you checked their rules thoroughly?

Game wasn't canceled or cut short, it was completed, so seems like wager should count

I had the Reds. When I checked my account this morning the bet was cancelled before they resumed the game.

Yes I will say in fairness they did cancel the bet the night before .

They did not wait till after the game was over to make this decision .
So I was not getting free rolled .

but still should have let it finish out if the game was getting restarted less then 18 hrs later

This goes to the point that @PirateAlew has been trying to make and defended himself in a couple of his posts several times. Some books cacel the bet and some books don't. That's unfortunate @CHOPTALK you should have won that wager.

Sorry to hear that....Betmgm/Draftkings/Fanduel and most legal books kept that game open...it seems mostly offshore books were the culprits of cancelling the game last night..

Wonder what their rules are...

Or do they simply look at what side they profit/don't take a loss and make that ruling?

Honestly I haven’t looked .
Been busy but I will post them tonight when I get the chance .
I do know DK and FD would have been a win . This happened to me recently with FD and I got paid
In their defense they did cancel the play that night so was not getting free rolled . But that does not remove the possibility that they made the decision based on what side they had the most action on like you said in your post .

The under was at least a 90% probability at that point when the game got suspended

Ok just looked it up

Yes it’s the rule .

It’s a dumb one but they graded it correctly according to their rules

Ok I guess

For MLB, NCAA and the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League, for full game bets to have action the game must reach official game time by 5:00 AM PST the following day.

If a game is suspended and has not reached official game time by 5:00 AM PST the following day, all bets on the full game will be void and stakes refunded. This applies to games suspended before they begin, and games suspended during play.

Therefore, by this rule, if a game is suspended after 9 innings are played, there will be action on all side, total and Run Line bets, since this is considered an official game (even if it is not complete by 5:00 AM PST).

Those are the rules like it or not.

I distinctly remember a number of years ago when I had the over in a Yankees-Texas game and the game was way over

the total and it was an official game sometime around the 6th inning or after.

To cut to the chase, the rains came, the game never resumed and it was an official game, and the Yankees won.

The bottom line is that whoever had the Yankees won and whoever had Texas lost.

As far as the over/under, whether you had the over as I did or the under, it was declared a no-bet because it was not a complete

game!!
